We begin with a detailed analysis of your site's energy, water, and system performance. This includes data validation using utility bills, operational patterns, and where required, on-site surveys. This stage establishes a clear baseline, the foundation for all savings and carbon reporting.
Design
Using the assessment data, we design a tailored improvement plan. Measures are prioritised based on: Return on investment (ROI), Carbon reduction impact, Asset life extension, Operational suitability. Only proven, high-confidence solutions are proposed.
Funding
Energy IQ arranges 100% of the project funding through our private finance partner. No upfront cost. No capital expenditure. No traditional borrowing. Clients only repay a portion of the baseline verified savings generated by the installed measures.
Delivery
All installations are delivered by accredited contractors under Energy IQ oversight. We manage: Supplier coordination, Installation quality, Health & safety compliance, Commissioning and handover. This ensures consistency, accountability, and minimal disruption.
Verification
Performance doesn't stop at installation. Savings are continuously monitored and validated through the Energy IQ digital platform, providing: Live energy and cost savings, Carbon reduction tracking, Transparent reporting, Evidence for ESG, governance, and public-sector compliance.
