Section 54, Modern Slavery Act 2015

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54, Part 6 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the Act) and covers the period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026. This statement sets out the measures that Energy IQ Group (EIQ) and its subsidiaries (together, the Group) have taken to identify, assess, address and combat slavery and human trafficking in its businesses and supply chains in the financial year ending 31 December 2025.
